- Update messages on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to keep other Brokers aware of your property (i.e. special financing, concessions, price changes, etc.)
- Keep you informed on market trends and conditions
- Follow up on new leads from advertising, showings, signage, etc.
- Review our marketing program, pricing and strategies with you
- Negotiate on your behalf the price, terms and conditions of the sales contract
- Facilitate the closing process, including mortgage, insurance and settlement companies
- Install a “SOLD” sign on the “For Sale” sign with permission
- Attend the settlement with you and help explain closing documents
- Give full management support in all aspects of your transaction
- Exercise skill, care and professionalism in all aspects of the transaction
- Keep in touch after the sale
